Product Advantage
1. NBR rubber gasket are made of new high-quality nitrile rubber and produced through compression molding process. The cross-section is usually circular, but can also be designed into any shape according to requirements. It has high precision, with a minimum size error of only 0.05mm. The surface is smooth, flat, without any burrs, cracks, or debris.
2. NBR rubber gasket has excellent wear resistance. It is the cheapest static fixed seal and buffer seal. It has high friction, good sealing, long service life and good resilience, its minimum tensile strength is up to 20Mpa.
3. NBR rubber gasket has excellent oil resistance. Its core performance depends on the acrylonitrile content, and the higher the content, the better the oil resistance and wear resistance. It has good resistance to petrochemical oil and hydrocarbon fuel oil. Commonly used in hydraulic seal, fuel seal, and static seal to prevent oil leakage.
4. NBR rubber gasket is the cheapest gasket, besides being used as a rubber seal, it can also be used for buffering between machinery. Oil resistant and wear-resistant NBR rubber gasket is often paired with oil seals and appear in OEM automotive parts.
