Product Advantage
1. Silicone rubber O-ring is made of new high-quality silicone rubber and produced through molding process. Its surface is smooth, without burrs or cracks. High softness, good resilience, and the minimum hardness can reach 10 Shore A.
2. The basic silicone rubber O-ring is a food grade O-ring, and we can provide its FDA certificate. Silicone rubber O-ring can be mixed with different colors by adding food grade dyesand, even colourful surfaces. If no color is added, it will be transparent O-ring with good transparency. Fluorescent powder can also be added to make a fluorescent O-ring.
3. Silicone rubber O-ring has excellent heat resistance, cold resistance, ozone resistance, and aging resistance functions. The temperature resistance range is -60 ℃ to 220 ℃. It can still maintain high elasticity at low temperatures without becoming brittle. Its excellent physiological inertia allows it to be exposed to sunlight and air for a long time.
4. Silicone rubber O-ring has good sealing and elasticity. It has the characteristic of low compression permanent deformation, which can form a perfect seal under compression. Food grade low-temperature resistant silicone rubber O-rings are commonly used in containers in refrigerator seal, such as ice making molds and beverage cups.
