Leveraging an extensive mold library covering US, Japanese, and German standards, we quickly matched the required specifications and produced trial samples. During production, liquid nitrogen cryogenic deflashing was employed to ensure optimal product appearance and dimensional accuracy.

The samples passed the client's bench tests on the first attempt.
