1. NBR rubber O ring is made of new high-quality nitrile rubber, produced through molding process, and undergoes secondary vulcanization after demolding. Then pass two inspections with automatic full inspection machine and manual inspection. Realize high precision and high stability, with a minimum size error of no more than 0.05 mm.
2. The shape of O ring is a standard circle, and the cross-section is also a standard circle. Smooth surface without any burrs or cracks. Glossy and frosted surfaces are available. Good resilience, the minimum tensile strength can reach 20 Mpa.
3. It has excellent oil resistance, wear resistance, and long service life, and has very good resistance to petrochemical oils and hydrocarbon fuel oils. Commonly used for preventing oil leakage. It has a simple structure, easy installation and disassembly, excellent static sealing effect, and can achieve bi-directional sealing with a single piece.
