Product Advantage
1. FKM O-ring molecules contain fluorine elements and are made from globally renowned VITON fluororubber materials. Produced through molding process. High precision, high stability, smooth surface, no burrs or cracks.
2. It has the highest temperature resistance among all rubbers, and is the first choice for high-temperature resistant O-rings. The bond energy of C-F bond in FKM O-ring is extremely high, coupled with the shielding effect of fluorine atoms, allowing this rubber O-ring seal to work for a long time in environments up to 250 ℃. It will also not break even if it used in a high temperature of 300 ℃ for a short time.
3. Fluoro rubber O-ring has extremely strong oil and solvent resistance. Excellent resistance to mineral oil, hydraulic oil, gasoline/diesel, lubricating oil, and aromatic solvents, with minimal expansion in oil media. And it has good resistance to strong acids, strong bases, and strong oxidizing chemicals.
4. It has good mechanical strength, with a tensile strength of up to 16MPa. Oil resistant and high-temperature resistant FKM O-rings are often used together with metal seal in automobiles or machinery as oil seal, hydraulic seal, or mechanical seal.
