Product Advantage
1. FKM gasket molecules contain fluorine elements and are made of the globally renowned VITON fluororubber material. Produced through molding process. High precision, high stability, smooth surface, no burrs or cracks.
2. Fluororubber gaskets have the strongest high temperature resistance among all rubber gaskets. It can work for a long time in an environment up to 250 ℃. It is an advanced alternative to NBR rubber gaskets, compensating for the disadvantage of NBR rubber gaskets not being resistant to high temperatures.
3. Fluororubber gaskets have extremely strong oil and solvent resistance. Has excellent resistance to mineral oil, hydraulic oil, gasoline/diesel, lubricating oil, and aromatic solvents, with minimal expansion in oil media.
4. Good mechanical strength, with a tensile strength of up to 16MPa. Oil resistant and high-temperature resistant FKM gaskets are commonly used as oil seals, hydraulic seals, or mechanical seals together with metal seals in automobiles or machinery.
