Product Advantage
1. EPDM O ring is made of Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer rubber, which has an saturated double chain formed by the polymerization of ethylene and propylene. Produced through molding process. Smooth surface without any burrs or cracks. Both glossy and frosted surfaces are acceptable, with an outdoor lifespan of up to 25 years.
2. It has excellent weather resistance and ozone resistance. The saturated structure of the main chain makes the EPDM rubber O-ring inherently resistant to aging, and its surface will not crack when exposed to high concentration ozone for more than 2400 hours. It is the best outdoor UV resistant rubber O-ring.
3. The chemical properties of EPDM rubber O-rings are stable. It has good resistance to chemical solvents. It can tolerate various polar solvents, such as alcohols, ketones, and lipids. It also has good resistance to acidic or alkaline solutions with pH values between 5-9.
4. It has good waterproof properties, high temperature steam resistance, and good impermeability to gases. Aging resistant waterproof leakproof EPDM rubber O-rings are commonly used in aqueous media, such as pump seal, water pipe seal, and water tank seal.
