Product Advantage
1. EPDM gaskets are inexpensive and have a long service life. In the long run, their cost-effectiveness is even higher than the cheapest NBR rubber gaskets.
2. EPDM gaskets have excellent weather resistance. It can resist natural environmental erosion and keep its original performance for a long time. It has good stability against sunlight, ozone, daily temperature changes, and daily moisture and humidity. Its surface will not crack after being exposed to high concentration ozone for more than 2400 hours. It is the best choice for outdoor rubber gaskets. The outdoor service life is up to 25 years.
3. It has a saturated double chain formed by the polymerization of ethylene and propylene, so its chemical properties are stable. It has good resistance to polar solvents and weak acids and bases, such as water, alcohols, ketones, and lipids.
4. It has good resistance to high temperature steam and good impermeability to gases. Its molecular chains are tightly stacked together, greatly reducing the microchannels required for gas molecule permeation. And it has a very low glass transition temperature, and its molecular chains are in a highly flexible rubber state at room temperature.
